Sorry, i m a noob here, but which the level can i start to go to bg, and how can i do that ?

Level 10. You're useless until 19, 29, 39, 49, 59, and 60 though. The brackets are base 10.

ok, and How can i join the bg's queue ?
I was at mor'shan ramparts but NPC did not speak with me ...
can I get in queue without having to go there in "person" ?

Actually nope, back in the days you actually have to talk to the bg NPCs in order to join

That's what he did, but he's right, the npc's at the BG locations don't work, at least the Warsong ones at the Mor'shan Rampart. You have to go to either one of the big cities and find the battlemasters. Big building in the Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar, Sylvanna's Chamber in the Apothecarium in Undercity, Hunter's Rise in Thunder Bluff.
