Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm new at vanilla and i'm a little lost... i want just to do pvp, it's t2 or t2.5 better than rank pvp gear?
What about Shaman...? it's good?

If you are in a dedicated pvp group you will get rank 12/13 gear a lot sooner than t2/t2.5. No one will see t2.5 in at least half a year. And they are equally food if not better

Shaman is good, windfury is an amazing totem that are really appreciated by rogues and warriors. Best thing is that you have it both as resto and dps specces.

T2.5 is over a year away. Dire maul isn't even out yet. We need that patch, the bwl patch, then about 4-6 months later will be the war effort which should last a minimum of 5 months to complete unless they nerf it. Then we need to complete dragons and open gates, then farm for a few months.

TLDR: T2.5 is 1-2 years away.

5-6 months if people are exploiting on this server. Outside that I'd say closer to a year.
