Would it be against the server rules to hang with a friend and help them out? My toon is 30 levels higher than his.

More often than not I have to laugh about jimbopetes answers and Youtube vidoes. They may be stupid, but they are refreshing!

If your friend level is high its can called be Power leveling.

Only if you and your friend play on different computers. As long as you don't have your friend's character /following your main.

Absolutely nothing about this is close to a bannable offense. Unless you're boxing his toon to level. There's nothing against high levels running low levels through dungeons or quests
