When will the cloth quartermasters be added to the game?

Whenever they were added in retail.

Yeah, I forgot to update my copy and paste with the correct patch since we're on 1.4 now with Dire Maul.

Dire Maul is 1.3. We're getting 1.4 and 1.5 together with the AV release I believe.

in the following locations: Darnassvs, Stormwind, and Ironforge for the
