Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello guys! Recently I've been getting lag spikes and disconects randomly in invervals of about 5-10 minutes. Is anyone having the same problem? I don't think its my internet, because I have a reliable provider and my download speeds are about 10/11mb/s off of steam.
