Could also just use a stickied thread on forum where ANYTHING is allowed to say. EVE Online have a forum for Corp bashing, it's notorius for shit spewing and bashing but it makes all. You should not be able to speak directly on server, it will make for more bile spewing that most people don't want to read. If you wanna read it, go to the forums!
