It is known that Nostalrius ISN'T sending out confirmation emails to every registered email. It's annoying and a problem, but you just have to register an email until it does send it out to you. It took my private email, a yahoo email, and a gmail account to finally get the registration confirmation.

Nostalrius will send out email to al users when registered.
It even contains an activation link.
If you are not receiving it within an hour orso, check spam and junk email folders.
Else it might even be blocked by domain spam filter, like Yahoo might not even send it to your junk email but straight to the trash and you never see it.
Some spam filters or mail domains just block more then needed.

Sorry, I should have made the clarification that it's being sent but more than likely something is happening in the middle of that process that you're not receiving it. Such as what Hammer mentioned above.
