It's annoying and a problem, but you just have to register an email until it does send it out to you. It took my private email, a yahoo email, and a gmail account to finally get the registration confirmation.

It even contains an activation link.
If you are not receiving it within an hour orso, check spam and junk email folders.
Else it might even be blocked by domain spam filter, like Yahoo might not even send it to your junk email but straight to the trash and you never see it.
Some spam filters or mail domains just block more then needed.
