Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Does anyone know what time the STV fishing event starts. I tried at 14:00 today but the pools never switched over, and only part of the quest turn in npcs in booty were on the docks. I posted a comment to the help/bugs Hopefully we can get an update one way or another.
