Priests trying to MC through instances should be suspended

I keep having priests try to Mind Control me and run me through instances. As a lot of people know now, a lot of the time this causes your character to fall through the ground and you being banned by the anticheat for a false positive.

Is there any way we can start punishing priests that are purposely doing this?

keep fraps up, upload a video of a priest doing it to you, and send it to a GM under "abuse of a known bug".

This almost happened to me, luckily the battleground ended.

I agree something like this should be banned, and for any priest that claims they didn't know, I'm calling bullshit.

Or just remove the portals until the bug is fixed. The only purpose they ever served was throwing ppl out through them.

Not talking about the ones in BGs. I never have a reason to be close enough to those where it would be an issue.

Well. Regardless, this is a bug that happens during regular gameplay at least in BGs and that I at least in theory can see occuring in normal play outside of bgs without malicious intent. Thus Id be much more in favor of removing the particular anti-cheat trigger until this is sorted.

The problem is i'm pretty sure if they remove the anticheat that triggers this, then people will just be able to flyhack and speedhack everywhere which is not what we want.

I don't know about Horde-side but that bug basically gimps paladins, can't use BoP/Sacrifice and are subject to any and all CC. The submarine mounts are fun and shit, but I'd rather have working abilities.

Interesting. I'm specifically talking about Alliance cheating and using it in AB to zoom from BS to Farm/Stables.
