Different faction bosses are easier to kill than others. The Thunder Bluff one is an example of an easy one due to a number of factors. He is just easier in general, and how many people sit in TB all day compared to Org? The gnome king can probably be killed with 5 people.

Taurens don't have kings/queens only the Humans and Dwarves. The Forsaken and Gnomes have a king/queen in title only, not a true monarchy. I think you mean the Tauren Chieftain.

Yea Cairne Bloodhoof is probably the weakest faction boss there is. It doesn't take many people to take him out as long as they know how to play their class.
