Enchanting wand damage

Is the Enchanting wand damage bugged on this server? Lesser Magic Wand's tooltip says 12-22 damage, but it's only hitting mobs for 6-11 damage.
I'm fairly certain that, since it's magic damage (Arcane), that it shouldn't be getting mitigated by the target's armor. On other servers I played on, this wand correctly did 12-22 damage against mobs.

Delete your WDB folder. We're still on a patch that had non-buffed items.

Hm, yeah, that would make sense. I'm connecting not with the Nostalrius client, but with a base 1.12 client.

Doesn't matter since all clients have a folder named "WDB" with a file in them named "item-cache.txt" that has the item tooltips stored locally so it doesn't have to request it from the server each time. The items should be updated on Saturday 15:00 server time though.

What exactly do you mean by this? I read somewhere around here that certain items (T2 pieces) were getting "buffed" in an upcoming patch, is that what you're referring to? And I'm assuming that the Enchanting wands are a part of this patch?

I'm entirely wrong on this case. I guess on patch 1.8 they will be buffed, not all the items. I didn't get the chance to read the announcement and kinda skipped it hehe.
The patch coming on Saturday at 15:00 server time should be patch 1.5 with the release of Alterac Valley. I assume Nostalrius will do the item buffs on patch 1.8 when it's reached.
