when are the WSG rewards released?

I believe it is a bug on most priv realms in which the items require WSG reputation. I honestly don't think it was that way in retail. Feenix had the same problem I believe, I remember buying the items without rep on retail vanilla. Now they don't show up, though I did see them on Monkeynews stream and I am guessing he has high WSG rep making them visiable. Maybe you just need off neutral I am not 100% sure.
