Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

The Zul'Gurub amulets are available from the NPC's in STV. The warlock one is actually pretty usable, but I've deleted it until I can confirm.

Is this a bug or is it supposed to be available even though ZG isnt out yet?
