Don't know if the actual DMF is in the game even though the cards are out. They should arrive the first week of every month.

this month it was in Mulgore. Next month it should be in Elwynn Forrest.

It's the first week of every month, rotating between Elwynn Forest and Mulgore.

August - Elwynn
September - Mulgore
October - Elwynn
November - Mulgore

etc.
