Two months ago I have not played in nostalrius and had no problems with lag.
I'm always on 60 ms in the game but my abilities sometimes have a little delay.
is this the DDoS attacks?

It's a feature, implemented in order to get the real "blizzlike" vanilla feeling.

You get delay as soon as the number of players goes above 6.000.
