Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I haven't been able to find anything on this topic specific to this server. I know some servers alter the timer's and even have them contingent upon the most recent kill.

All I could find was the re-spawn time for the dedicated server, which, I assume, was the PTR for when he was being tested. It referenced a 5 minute timer which obviously isn't the case in-game.

Are they still routinely killed/contested?

Do you know what the respawn timer is and/or if it varies from week to week based on previous kills?

It is 5-7 days, the time is not the same because it would allow one group to farm them just by knowing their kill time.

Is there ever a kill thread thats updated for the Open World bosses or do you just gotta work through the rumor mill of raiding guilds to find out?

Realmplayers shows items characters receive and bosses guilds down. If you stalk the website enough you are bound to find someone who recently received an item only dropped by those bosses, which will give you a rough idea of when it was killed.

Alternatively you can park a level 1 near the spawn location and find out that way.

Edit: Actually I can't seem to find any World Boss kills on there. I may be navigating to the wrong places but it only appears to track the MC/Ony kills.

It's complete fucking random on this server, it's supposed to be that in the first 3 days it can spawn at anytime and then after that during days 4-7 it should only spawn at the exact time it was killed, with once chance each day. I'm pretty sure it's on a total RNG timer here though.

Ahhh that faintly rings a bell from a decade ago. I seem to remember that sometimes our guild could sneak in 2 kills of at least one of them in a week. Resets are still Tuesday's, right?
