Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi,
as I was leveling in STV I did the quest chain:
Jungle Secrets > Bookie Herod > The Hidden Key. those went all just fine, howeverer, as I was gonna pick up the next part "The Spy Revealed!" I found out I was not enigble to it.

what do I do now? have I lost the quest chain forever?
