Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have not gotten far enough to say if that is the case, but someone was asking me about it.

Quests that did not exist in 1.5 are not in the game with the exception of some quests that have no item rewards that seem to have been purposefully left in.

Spells, talents, and abilities are based on the 1.12 patch.
Content, including most quests, gear, and items are based on the 1.5 patch. Anything released after 1.5 isn't available yet.
