Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

What are some good non-STV leveling zones for 30-40? Not wanting to put up with being corpse camped by 1000 undead rogues every few minutes.

Southshore is alright at times.

All the quests there are too high level, though. I'm only 30 and all the quests I've got from southshore are 34-38.

There are actually alliance quests in arathi? When I went to refuge pointe, there was nothing but battleground quests and a single NPC with a quest too high level for me.

And isn't 1k needles mostly a horde zone as well?

I didn't use arathi at all on my only 35+ char, and in 1k needles you mostly want shimmering flats and at the same time you're close to RFK where you can get some levels.

I'd suggest using the game client to go around and have a look though. Getting everything spoonfed on forums is far from as fun.

There are quest chains in STV that you just can't miss...Nesingwary + Green Hills award tons of xp...you can come back in your 40s for the elite quests and the quests near BB, much less ganking going on there (aside from right outside the entrance to BB)

if you go to arathi at lvl 30 as alliance you need to see southshore arathi and even alterac mountains as the same q hub, some times you will have ti walk in between. and if you also want to go sm its a good place to be to go there. you can always try the badlands, finish upmthe elite q in duskwood. but changes are big you will come back to stb due to the huge amount of quests

Grind on mobs and run dungeons, I only did a few quests in Stranglethorn Vale, it is doable.

I rarely got ganked in STV .. Seriously, I got ganked the ABSOLUTE most in Shimmering Flats. 32-33 took me around 9 hours.
