Dark Iron Residue

Does anyone have any idea what patch this got implemented and have evidence of it?
I've asked in-game and gotten various responses, but I can't seem to find any web info on it.

I've checked the item in question and it should be in the game since the item and quest was added in 1.5.

the quest is 100% not implemented yet, I've checked the questgiver, and im friendly with thorium brotherhood. Would love it if it was implemented.

It's not in the game yet, as the report mentioned. It will be implemented soon.
