Hello i'm getting problem whit quest when i need took item

i have problem whit quests

The Legend of Stalvan - Gold shire chest loot don't see quest item and get same bug after try open it , i know for this bug some people have also .
Preserving Knowledge - When i try take book i get that That is already being used

i have tryed relogs , disband quest , its not help.

I also get the "already being used" bug for The Legend of Stalvan quest item chest, but I just did Preserving Knowledge today, and it worked perfectly fine on the first try.

I wanna update one thing

The Legend of Stalvan - in Goldshire box giving quest item if you are 30+ lvl if you are lowest box will be clear and you not get anyting so don't wast your time..
