Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello guys! I just found out about this server and I decided to start a toon.

My vanilla "main" was a mage, never hit level 60 with her though. When TBC came our I rolled a priest that has always been my main till the end of CATA.

Should I roll a mage (for the vanilla memories) or a priest healer?

Factors that I take into account are how easy it is to find a 5man group and maybe a guild later, and how fast leveling with each class is.

You should roll a ret paladin, apparently there is a big demand on those.

In the end you really should play what you want not what other people want or need But if you are curious there was a post about some census not that long ago

Thanks for the responses! I really dont know what to choose fun wise! I love healing as a role but vanilla is connected with my mage in my mind. I just want to be able to level up relatively easily while being able to find occasional 5man groups.

Priest, if you like healing then always roll the a healer. It will be much easier to get into groups. And more fun in the long term.

Druids are underplayed and useful in a lot of ways.

Should I go for a nightelf or a human?

Dwarf priest is pretty OP with fear ward. Roll female with the braids. They float around with your healing cast animation.

You can play whatever you want, but be warned that there's already a billion warriors/rogues on the server.

Druid and Warlock are the least-played classes, according to server statistics.

Dwarf if you want to be useful for your guild, but in the end you'll find a guild no matter the race or class aslong as you're a good player.
