Random people on flying mounts

Me, and others online, will see random people on flying mounts. They will just appear out of thin air, look at us, and then disappear. These people are also low level. What's the deal?

This also happens if you kill someone on a flight path before they leave on the next leg - or die as soon as they click their destination.

It's one of the funnier things we tried to accomplish down in the Gadget Horde FP. Watching a dead body take off is one of life's greatest treasures. I look forward to more of it.
