As the title says, here is proof that the Alliance : Horde Ration is basically even, within 1%. Nostalrius team has made a fancy infographic and you can view it here.

That chart isn't entirely accurate because I know for a fact that the longest AV was over 12h. (I was in it when Horde eventually won)

Characters created includes all level 1s that never get played. The comparisons at whatever level, usually max, are better metrics. Granted, those numbers give or take 10 percent in favor of the horde, but that certainly paints a different picture about what the gameplay experience is like as opposed to server stats.
