Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Shouldn't Nostalrius have a Johnson?

After running Deadmines a number of times I started to worry about my good friend Miner Johnson.
I did a quick forum search and others claim to have run Deadmines 150+ times without seeing him.
Aunstic posted a screenshot of AtlasLoot showing the Gold-Plated Buckler, but my AtlasLoot does not agree and Aunstic didn't claim to have personally seen the spawn.

Then I discovered you can pull some item use statistics from our friends over at RealmPlayers.com, so I did a little digging around and I feel pretty confident saying he doesn't spawn on Nostalrius.

The rarespawns in SM GY don't work either.
