Sleep CC?

So yesterday I was derping in blackrock spire and this one rogue put me to sleep for about 15 seconds. What item or skill was that because I have never ever seen anyone put anyone asleep and now this happened to me. Thank you

Remember using them in early TBC myself. Great item, just annoying to farm.

Wow thats a sick item, but very hard and annoying to get it seems. No wonder they arent that common even though they are sick. Thanks for the info!
