Buged herbal and minerals in EP

Samething is wrong with herbal and minerals in Eastern Plagueland. Black lotus spawn in high mountin that is imposible to take it. Plaguebloom have bigger time of respawn than earlier and rich thorium seems not spawn in couple places.

I don't know if it's bugged or just that respawn times are changed. I did notice four days back plaguebloom continues to be nearly nonexistent and the AH supply and prices support this... however there's tons of dreamfoil now.

The spots of black lotus was change and now its spawn in high mountin near FP.It is imposible to go there.Seems that is only one place where it spaws so if sameone hunt for black lotus in EP better dont waste time.
Where is tons of dreeamfoil.I didnt see onyone in EP.
