Progressing Patches

Hello, new to Nost and loving it so far. We are in latch 1.12.1 right now and I am curious if they will progress the patches or will we be in patch 1.12 forever.

The client is the 1.12 version, but we are actually on patch 1.5 now.

Yeah, spells and talents are on patch 1.12.1 whereas content (Quests, raids, etc.), items, and gear are on patch 1.5.

Ok cool. Will the debuffs slots on a target go from 8 to 16 in patch 1.7?
