Last night I wasn't around to check out the server test. How did it go? Did many players login to it?
Thanks.

Looking at the thread in the Announcements forum, there were around 1700 people at one point, followed by some GM games where it looks like somone ported Kazzak into the Valley of Trials. Wish I'd been able to take part.

I agree with you Varjopuoli. I spoke to some people who had friends who where at work and could not come. I myself am pretty excited about a fresh start PvE server.

Sounds good! It would be great if the server would be opened.

It was the same in Northshire Abbey as far as I know. I spawned and got instagibbed by the shadowbolt volley

. I think that considering the short time-frame and the fact that a ton (if not most) of people don't really bother with the forums and probably weren't aware of last night's test, 1700 is a legitimate reason to open the PvE server. This would also alleviate some the load from the PvP server (which on high traffic times becomes unplayable) and would leave people who actually want to PvP on the same server with like-minded players (like myself) and not cannon fodder PvEers.

I've always enjoyed PvE more then PvP and always create and play characters on a PvE server. It would be great to have a server which many players could enjoy the leveling experience without the fear of being chased by the other faction! I'm a Dwarf, so the sight of a big Tauren makes me run!
