And just did the test, you can't put money you don't have in the trade window.

So the guy who initiated the trade (not the streamer) had a lua editor that made it seem like he had gold cap, but actually didn't, and the server still showed the amount in the trade window, even though that gold wasn't actually there?

He used a third party program to generate 'fake' client side gold. I have seen it happen on other servers.

You can indeed show the fake money through the trade window, but you can't actually give it to people.

If he really had that much gold I think he would give that gold to someone yet he didn't on that stream.
