Hi I'm a fresh level 48 I've done all quests for feralas,hinterlands and tanaris and have entered searing gorge. Do you think I can hit 50 just from searing gorge as some tell me I shouldn't go to felwood or un'goro till 50 or 51 because I haven't had to grind at all so far

I went to Felwood as 48 (as holy priest), it's fine if you can stand the ganking.

Seems like a good time for you to catch up by doing Maraudon and the quests in there ^^

There's no reason not to do Searing Gorge; there's a ton of easy kill quests there.
