Someone has seen Isihia as "Unknown" while using the German WoW client, either due to major lag at the time or due to interface bug on the inspector's side.
This can often happen if you are in a party/raid with someone and then server dc's and you log back in w/o restarting the client.
As seen on profile, Unbekannt has been seen 10 times, so 10 times someone with German client on Nostalrius has seen a character named Unknown due to the reasons mentioned above.
Hence why it looks like a racechange has been done and also why the item history is so varied.
