Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This is a pre emptive damage control post to address the removal of a member from our guild, Divinum.

On 31AUG2015 Divinum encountered a bug with the loot on Onyxia where the raid's Master Loot function became inoperable and loot was not able to be distributed to raid members. All members were instructed to move to the opposite end of the area at which point Free For All looting was established. No PUGs were present for the kill. A member of the raid, Hers, then proceeded to loot Viskag from Onyxia before the item came up for bidding. After reviewing the events that transpired the officers present voted to remove Hers from Divinum.

If only I had ninja looted all of the Onyxia loot before quitting Divinum - that would have been so lovely!

I personally don't have a screenshot of everything that happened. If the people that do have them can be bothered to I'm sure they will post them. If you are actually that concerned (which I'm sure you're not) feel free to contact me in game.

Well this guy claim that guy ninjed to make a bad name for him i guess?, if he took the weapon he took it who cares? lol

Not only that, but "pre-emptive damage control?" Wtf? Damage control for what? Plus, that weapon drops basically every kill.

Regarding Damage Control:

To identify a possible liability for other raid groups and mitigate any loss they may encounter by having this player in their raid groups

To release a statement explaining the guild leadership's perspective on the event before any false information is disseminated by the parties involved.

The frequency of the drop is of no significance to us or the purpose of this thread. It was a double viskag drop anyway.

As a guild leader, I can appreciate this thread. Now I know never to have this person in my guild.
