Regarding the PTR testing of BWL

I've run BWL a few times and reported ~20 bugs. However, unable to test it anymore as our new members doesn't have 60 characters on the PTR, causing us to lack players to run BWL. Is any other guild having this problem? Also I asked around from devs and it seems it's too time consuming to update the characters again, which I can understand.
However, if the PTR isn't a high prio I have several questions. Firstly, have the reported bugs so far been admissed (dunno if bugtracker is updated)? Secondly, when they do get fixed will the PTR get attention again so it can be tested?
We that tested BWL can all testify that in general it was fun, but also abit bugged. If we got an update regarding the development of BWL that would be awesome for us players, and we can prepare accordingly for the next sessions. This is something I believe Nostalrius has said they want to do aswell - talk more with the players! Some info wouldn't hurt.
Anyways it would be nice to get a official statement what's the plan for the current PTR is atm, are we expected to keep testing and if so - will the characters get updated so we can get raids going again.

And shadowflame is resistable still
Says it's fixed though but not the last time I did BWL.
And I think (IMO) that wingbuffet still has issues. Either it's the classic mangos taunt bug or the wingbuffet itself is bugged because it's impossible to lose aggro on the 3 drakes.

PTR character updated would be handy. Lack of content causes lack of old players and yeah, the new ones arent lbl 60 yet there and a lot of ppl are shit geared.
