Anyone have problems with 'Mouse Lock Speed' being too high?

I have it on lowest in Interface options. It's when you hold down M1 or M2 to look around or turn around with the mouse that sometimes it goes crazy high sensitivity for me and it is really problematic especially in PvP I reckon.

A strange thing is that when I have WoW maximized it often gets like this.
However when I reduce it by about 50% (in windowed mode) It gets all fine...
Really weird and it's probably not a 'server' issue but something with my resolution or smth I dno.

Anyone knows how to solve it?

Damn. Want to trade? :P I'm pretty sure it isn't anything with my mouse settings... cause it's not about my sensitivity but the actual 'mouse lock speed' in-game.... ><
Well I need max window for best enjoyment and so that I can actually see what's going on.. I guess I'm just gonna have to be.. careful. Like, in Pvp It may be a bit hectic and I'm afraid I'll lose myself with too high lock speed.
edit: Wow, it seems fine now. Like, it seems like alt tabbing solves it sometimes.

make sure maximized and not borderless

all I do is set it to my resolution so 1920x1080 high and uncheck windowed but don't check maximized
