Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Looking over the forums I don't seem to be able to spot anywhere to post in regards to ingame bug reports.
Is this because the developers do not wish for player feedback or is it because they simply don't need it?
Could anyone clarify this matter for me?
