Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I am not too sure of how these things work entirely but are the mobs set to spawn in a specified way every time? for example for the quest Tramping Paws,you need to kill 10 mongrels but every time only one will spawn at the camp,which makes it really hard to complete that quest.i think I have encountered this in some other similar areas as well but I can't recall something specific.

Mobs are working fine, go to those marked locations to find your Mongrels.
