Is transmogifying your champion without changing or rewriting client files bannable ?

Is there a way to customize my champion without violating nostalrious rules ?

I just whant for example to look like a human or undead something that ingame consumables can do
or to change my items looking like T1 or T2.5

that's only possible through altering your client (MPQ files) and is bannable

Even if you target the WoW process with memory injections, it could still be likely that you would get banned. Several people have been banned just for selecting the process with programs like that by mistake, and not even doing anything.

All the GMs will do is link you the ToS and say that hacking or modifying game files is not allowed, because they probably don't know what Warden can and can't detect. My advice is just to make a new account, try it for 1-2 hours, and if you don't get banned then go for it. Nobody here can give you an exact answer as to what you're asking because we honestly don't know.

If it's a third party program running in the background and influencing WoW, SAC will likely kneecap you when you try to log in or do anything. The same applies for anything that changes the MPQ files.

You could change your items by just changing the item id's in the itemcache.wdb, doubt theres anyway of knowing its been changed.
