Was this belt stealth-removed from Alzzin's loot table or something? About 30 DM East runs so far, and I've never seen it drop. Literally every other item from the loot table has dropped at least 3 times, but never seen the belt.

Had one drop just now + demonic guile ring for healer in our group an hour ago.

It took me al least 30+ runs for mine, forgot how many. RNG is a b!tch sometimes. Jump runs are pretty fast & it shouldn't be hard to find a group - just find a tank who wants to farm the Foror's book. There's a few items in there most people are willing to farm for.
