Did 30 Runs and i never seen this Boss spawn . does it exist or bugged in server?

I know it was spawning when Nost first launched.

but Blind Hunter never.

I think some rares in low dungeons are bugged to not spawn, or have really low spawn rates. I heard about someone who did 60+ Deadmines runs, and never saw Miner Johnson.

i Solo RFK and RFD to make money. I as well have never seen Blind hunter in ~25 RFK runs

Sounds like they cut off Johnson...
Also, do static drops work for normal mobs and rares? Like Slark dropping Slarkskin, Naraxis dropping Husk of Naraxis, the ogres in STV dropping Gutrender, etc.?

Gutrender does drop

45 runs for me so far and no spawns. I did see a post in another thread from July where someone claimed that they killed it, so it's either been broken since then or we're extremely unlucky.
