Like I have an alliance character who is already high lvl and he has items worth hundreds of gold but thing is I don't want to be alliance, but some items are worth more than lvl 60 BoEs...is it possible to faction transfer? Or faction transfer items to a horde toon?

Neutral auction house is your best bet for transferring items.

OP, I'd just get used to alliance side. Whatever you don't like about it, I'm sure there's the same thing horde side. Server is about 50/50. You know, unless you wanna devote another 8-10 days played to get back to 60 (or whatever level you are now).

What does that have to do with anything? The question was if it's possible to faction transfer items - there's the answer. Sorry if Nost is too inconvenient for some people...or perhaps you have a better way?

you can transfer items with the neutral auction house, but I think remember about bots autobuying cheap items or something like that

I'm pretty sure the question he's asking is if you can do an official paid transfer of items from a toon on one side to a toon on the other. Correct me if I'm wrong.
