Razorfen Downs escort quest Extinguishing the Idol bugged?

The actual quest worked fine but the NPC is supposed to turn into a braizer that allows you to turn in the completed quest. Instead he just vanished so I have a completed quest but nowhere to turn it in. This happen to anyone else?

Also if I were to rerun the instance would I be able to turn it into the guy?

Yep. Do the dungeon one more time and you can turn in the quest.
