Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Today i was trying to solo Incendius kitting him in circles and every time he was about 50% health he just stood there and heal back to 100% without dropping combat, wondering if there is a way to kill him without having this bug.

How frustrating. Though I can´t know for sure, can it be a path issue on Nostalrius or? I´ve not tried it myself yet. Or did he basically just stand there, same spot, and suddenly bug?

There is some problem with the southern corner of the platform that he patrols while not in combat. If he attempts to patrol around that corner he will get stuck there sometimes and because of the way that mob evasion is designed on this server, he decides to regenerate health if he is stationary with no aggro target in range for a few seconds. You can kite him around the NW arc of the combat area without problems though.
