Posted: Tue Sep 22, 2015 8:29 pmThe realmplayers database is kept up to date by players and not the server, which means one of the db contributors has to see the character in order to add it to the database. It's likely that the name is sitting on a lvl1 character with 0 /played time, that's why you can't find it on realmplayers.
