Can't get the confirmation mail from account creation.

I'm coming here because i have an issue with my account creation (ingame account i mean).
On the nostalrius's website i can create my account, looks like it is working (saying that account was created) but I don't recieve the e-mail to confirm the cration. Also tried different mail adress or different account name, but it seems it doesn't work.
Did the devs locked account creation for a while ? Or the bot supposed to send the mail confirmation isn't working ?
