Un'Goro phasing

I couldn't find any topic on this. Are there plans to fix the phasing in Un'Goro? I don't even understand why there's phasing in zones in the game in vanilla, but it's wrecking the escort quests and making killing mobs there awful. I'll Frost Nova, back up into an empty space only to find that I've phased, lost the first mob and walked right on top of 2 more. Does anyone have any information on this? A link to a current discussion or anything?

Seems to be resolved as of server reset like 12-16 hours ago. Maybe it had something to do with elemental invasion? I'm not sure, but I'm glad it's fixed, whatever it was.

seems to be the issue with all herbs in all zones. sometimes the herbs that are supposed to be spawn there. don't for days. its really annoying.
