Mages griefing AoE grinding with sheep, allowed?

Hey, I have been having issues with other mages from the same faction purposely sheep my aoe pulls to force me to run away. I wonder what nostalrius thoughts are about this? Is it allowed, is it considered griefing? It's literally impossible for me to tell them to stop as they are on the same faction. Video recordings below, judge for yourselves. And what do everyone else think about it?
