We've seen mana users like hunters, mages and priests farm DM east for herbs (money) I've made a small walkthrough on how this is done as an elemental shaman.

I havent really counted the money gain by it. After about every third run you get 15-20g in grey items. This takes like 30 min (3 runs) + greens and herbs that can be sold on AH. I did farm like 100g + in there one evening, probably played like 2 hours, chilling and watch some streams.

just fyi guys, you don't have to be an elemental shaman to farm dm e - resto can do this as well
well, almost every class in game can farm it, except maybe rogues and warriors (?)

Hehe, "fyi" lal. This information is quite known. This is one walkthrough on how elemental shamans can do it. You can clearly read in the text that I've added other classes that can farm this.
