Lag and the Dev team

Hello everyone, this is not a flame post by any means and I appreciate EVERYTHING that is going on with the game. I would however like to ask if there is any way that we could possibly get a system message or some sort of in game response as to when we will be encountering lag by a development standpoint. I love seeing your messages when you guys are stating you all are working on something, but I can't always tell if that is going on or if in fact you are getting DDOSed (I doubt it). Just curious if there was anyway to get a hold of us to calm a majority of people and let us be a little more aware of whats going on.

It could very well be a DDOS. Other vanilla servers are losing a lot of players from this one at the moment!
(They didn't buy DDOS protection without a reason)

Lag still exists and delay is crazy as hell, at least atm. Been like this for the past 2 or 3 days
